🔁 Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof in case of damaged or wrong products.

💰 Return Charges

Customers are required to pay the return delivery charge unless the mistake was from our side (wrong or defective product).

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is used or damaged by the customer.

The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

No proper proof (unboxing video) is provided for damaged/incorrect items.

💳 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–510 working days.

Refund will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking.
